Healthy Lifestyles

Throughout the season, our dedicated staff and volunteers provide programming devoted to living a healthy lifestyle in our community, which is open to all siblings and players throughout the day on Saturdays and Wednesday nights.

IN-HOUSE CIRCUIT TRAINING

As we prepare for return to play, players should begin to increase physical activity, conditioning, and overall stamina.

Our good friend, Marcus Kinney M.S., C.S.C.S., the Grand Rapids Griffins Strength and Conditioning Coordinator,  prepared a number of different exercise activities your players may use and/or modify as you and your player see fit. Thank you to Marcus for all of his time and effort on the Foundation's behalf.
